Fitness for Fashion Bloggers

Bloggers do it all (and we do it better.. *Snap* *Snap*). Katie Peachesa ’re producers, creators, writers, editors, models, photographers, social media experts… for those of us on YouTube, we’re also camera persons, directors, set designers, on camera talents… etc, etc… the list goes on forever! So after all that, the last thing most of us want to do is workout. But taking Katie's Twitter page of our bodies may be the most important part of our jobs. It keeps us healthy and more productive, as well as helping us fit into those cute outfits…. and who doesn’t want to spend less time in Photoshop making yourselves look thinner (don’t act like you’ve never done it).(more…)

How to Avoid Dairy to Get the Best Skin Of Your Life

If you knew how much I love cheese, then you’d know how it pains me to say this but I have to cut out dairy. I have been trying to do this for a while now, but I’m not always successful. I definitely eat less dairy than I used to, but I’ve noticed that my skin is much clearer when I avoid it completely. I also notice that I get sick less, and my allergies tend to be less annoying. So I decided to create a plan for how to cut it out of my diet without missing it too much…(more…)

How to Get/Keep a Bombshell Body This Holiday Season

One of the biggest challenges this time of year is how to stay healthy (and look gorgeous) through the holiday season. It all starts with Halloween candy, and then we usually go on an eating binge right up until the last of the champagne is finished on New Year’s Eve. I have always struggled with keeping my weight in check. Some holidays I have been successful and some… not so much. But this year I am determined to not let it get the best of me. So here is my holiday season stay in shape plan…(more…)

Red Carpet Ready: 3 Month Plan

Over the years my weight has fluctuated more than Oprah’s. Once I discovered how to lose weight, the challenge became how to keep it off. I realized recently that my weight has been getting a little higher than I’m comfortable. I’m not necessarily overweight for my height, but since I have been at an unhealthy weight before, I am sensitive to it and I want to catch myself before it gets out of hand. I needed motivation to get started. I don’t have any major events on the calendar… so I decided to create one… Red Carpet Season…(more…)

How to Keep a Bombshell Figure While Traveling

You work hard for yourBombshell figure. You eat right(with the exception ofoccasional treats), andyou work out… so don’t let that all go to waste on vacation or while traveling. I’m not suggesting that you deprive yourself… that is definitely not the Starlet way. I’m suggestion that you indulge smartly while you are away from home. There are some tips…

Only eat out once a day. This can be tricky depending on where you are going but I aim for saving my indulgences for dinner (with the exception of a really great breakfast diner). First, I always try to get a hotel room with a fridge. That way I can go to the nearest grocery store and get some basics.

For Breakfast, I bought a new travel blender for making my morning green smoothies. I just pick up some almond milk when I arrive…

Or for a breakfast or snack, I make some homemade granola (also with almond milk). I gotthis recipe from Deliciously Ella(more…)
